Sorry, no. Progress lives only on your iPhone or iPad. Nothing is sent to us, so there is no copy we can restore. Deleting the app also deletes the save.
The first time, iOS asks whether the game may add photos. If you tapped "Don't Allow", go to Settings › Privacy & Security › Photos › Qelmora and pick "Add Photos Only". Then try again from the report card.
Open Settings inside the game. Music, sound effects and vibration each have their own switch.
Open your report card and tap "New Season". The game asks before wiping anything, and "Cancel" keeps your progress.
